Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga asana

  • Correct traditional practice of asana in sequence.
  • Understanding of sight, breath, count and posture.
  • Correct and appropriate holding of bhanda within practice.

Notes

The asana course runs continously drop in and weekly options are available.

However serious students are encouraged to allow 1 month to become familiar with the sequence and practice.

Intermediate and advanced series are also taught as and when the student is ready.
